Organic leads must be additional, deduplicated, and attributable. Gross margin is illustrative and should come from your own job economics.

Contribution after marketing means illustrative gross profit minus media spend and management fees. It is before overhead, tax, financing, refunds, and other business costs. It is not net profit.

Show formulas and timing notes

30 days uses one month. 90 days uses three months with unchanged monthly assumptions.

Paid qualified leads = monthly media spend divided by cost per qualified paid lead, multiplied by the number of months.

Total qualified leads = monthly paid leads plus monthly organic leads, multiplied by the number of months.

Expected jobs = total qualified leads multiplied by close rate.

Projected job revenue = expected jobs multiplied by average job value.

Total marketing cost = monthly media spend plus monthly management fee, multiplied by the number of months.

Break-even jobs use gross profit per job and always round up to a whole job.

Revenue and collections may happen later than the modeled inquiry period. Expected counts can include decimals because this is planning arithmetic, not a claim that a fraction of a job will occur.

Review the assumptions with SF Web Tech

Cost per qualified paid lead is your input, not an SF Web Tech benchmark. Expected jobs and revenue are modeled outcomes, not guaranteed results. Revenue and collections may occur after the selected inquiry period.

Formula guide

See how each result is calculated.

STEP 01

Lead volume

  • Paid qualified leads = zero when monthly media spend is zero; otherwise, (monthly media spend ÷ cost per qualified paid lead) × period multiplier.
  • Total qualified leads = (paid qualified leads per month + additional organic qualified leads per month) × period multiplier.
  • Period multiplier = 1 for 30 days or 3 for 90 days.
STEP 02

Jobs & revenue

  • Expected jobs = total qualified leads × (close rate ÷ 100).
  • Projected job revenue = expected jobs × average job value.
STEP 03

Contribution

  • Illustrative gross profit = projected job revenue × (gross margin ÷ 100).
  • Contribution after marketing = illustrative gross profit − total marketing cost.
  • Total marketing cost = (monthly media spend + monthly management fee) × period multiplier.

Gross profit per job = average job value × (gross margin ÷ 100). Break-even jobs = total marketing cost ÷ gross profit per job, rounded up. The model reports zero when marketing cost is zero; it shows no job count when gross margin or job value is zero. These are estimates from your inputs, not promises or client results.
