Why this matters

Help nearby customers understand and contact you.

Local search helps nearby customers compare services, reviews and project evidence. We improve your profile and website within the agreed market, then track attributable inquiries. Rankings vary.

What's included

Everything we run for you.

  • GBP setup, optimization and 4 or 8 monthly posts according to package
  • Core citation accuracy, with expanded directories in Local Authority
  • Local on-page SEO for every service-area page
  • Review request and response workflow for honest customer feedback
  • 6 service/location pages monthly in Lead & Local Growth, or 10-20 in Local Authority
  • Initial core pages are separate. If new pages add little value, we agree substantive updates in writing and record them in the monthly plan.
  • Monthly qualified-lead report and review, with search metrics as supporting context
Buyer question

Can you create pages or listings for every city?

Only where the business genuinely serves the market and can support the page with useful service, operating-area or project evidence. Wider coverage needs scoped work and does not create another office or guarantee visibility.

The 6-pillar system

Six areas reviewed against your baseline.

Local SEO combines profile eligibility, website clarity, technical access, useful pages, external verification and measurement. We choose the order from the client's actual baseline and scope.

01

Google Business Profile

For an eligible business, the profile should describe the real operation accurately and give customers a reliable path to services, evidence and contact details.

  • Confirm eligibility, ownership and the verification method Google requests
  • Choose an accurate primary category for the actual business
  • Use genuine, permissioned photos and keep services and hours current
  • Request and respond to genuine customer feedback without incentives
02

Website Foundation

The website should explain the services, operating area, proof and next step in crawlable HTML, with business information that matches the real operation.

  • NAP consistency across every page and footer
  • Mobile-first layouts tested with field and repeatable lab evidence
  • GA4, Search Console and agreed call tracking checked before launch
  • Lead paths that preserve source and create durable records
03

Technical SEO

Crawlability, indexing controls, internal links, HTTPS, page experience and applicable structured data form the technical baseline.

  • Crawl audit + sitemap submitted to Search Console
  • Structured data only when it matches visible content and business eligibility
  • Mobile Core Web Vitals reviewed from field data where available
  • Render-blocking assets, intrusive overlays and duplicate URLs checked by template
04

On-Page SEO

Each useful page serves a clear buyer job with an accurate title, answer-first opening, relevant evidence, internal paths and an appropriate next step.

  • Unique title and primary heading aligned to the page's real purpose
  • Distinct service and market information where a location page is justified
  • Useful depth determined by the buyer question, not a word-count formula
  • Clear contact route and accurate public business details
05

Off-Page SEO + Citations

Relevant profiles, associations, partner references and editorial mentions can help customers and search systems verify the business. Each opportunity needs an eligibility and quality check.

  • Core map and business profiles where the company is eligible
  • Industry associations that match real memberships and credentials
  • Local partner or editorial mentions earned through real relationships
  • Link reviews based on source, relevance, placement and observed risk
06

Content + AI Search

Clear, original and source-backed pages can be discovered by search and answer systems. No page format, schema type or publishing cadence guarantees a citation.

  • Service, guide, project and market pages connected by useful internal links
  • Direct answers to real buyer questions with sources near changeable claims
  • Organization and service markup that matches visible identity and content
  • Dated AI-answer snapshots kept separate from referral and lead attribution

Internal links help visitors and crawlers move between related evidence and services. The Business Profile remains a separate platform asset whose visibility also depends on relevance, distance and prominence.

30-day plan

Your first 30 days, week by week.

This is an example first-month sequence. Eligibility, access, verification and the purchased scope determine the actual order, and no day-30 ranking movement is promised.

Week 01
01

GBP Foundation

Confirm eligibility, ownership and accurate public business information.

  • Confirm eligibility and follow the verification method Google requests
  • Set the exact primary category, no vague labels
  • Write an accurate description within Google's current field limits
  • Set only service areas the business can genuinely cover
  • Confirm hours, phone and website match the real operation
Week 02
02

Content + Photos

Add current services, attributes, photos and updates that the business can verify.

  • Prepare permissioned photos of completed work, team, process and business context
  • Add services the business actually provides
  • Check only attributes the business can substantiate
  • Document common customer questions for the website and sales process
  • Publish an accurate update when there is useful current information
Week 03
03

Reviews + Citations

Establish an honest review workflow and verify priority business profiles.

  • Save the GBP review shortlink to your phone contacts
  • Ask eligible recent customers for honest feedback using an approved message
  • Reply to reviews naturally without exposing private job details
  • Evaluate core map, directory and association profiles for eligibility and value
  • Use Organization or LocalBusiness markup only when it matches visible facts and eligibility
Week 04
04

Audit + Monitor

Lock the on-page SEO baseline and start tracking what changes month over month.

  • Audit titles and primary headings against each page's actual purpose
  • Record profile and website baselines with property, period and source
  • Sample agreed local searches with date, device and location noted
  • Test form, chat, calendar and call attribution without creating fake live leads
  • Agree the monthly review and reporting cadence
We run this plan for you.

You don't need a checklist. You need someone running the checklist while you run your business.

30
Day 30 looks like this:

Eligibility and ownership checked, core business facts verified, website and profile baselines recorded, and the next approved actions assigned with evidence.

Citations · in priority order

A profile shortlist to evaluate carefully.

A smaller set of accurate, maintained profiles is more useful than a submission quota. Eligibility, audience, cost and business-information rules decide which profiles belong in scope.

Local SEO questions

FAQ about Local SEO.

How does your lead commitment work?
We start with a target of 35-50 qualified leads in your first 90 days. Before you enroll, we agree your exact minimum based on your services, market and advertising budget. If we miss that minimum, we waive subsequent management fees and keep working until we reach it. Advertising spend remains separate.
How is local SEO different from regular SEO?
Local SEO focuses on map pack rankings, Google Business Profile, service-area pages, reviews, and citations. Regular SEO is about organic rankings more broadly. Their relative value depends on the business, customer needs and market.
Will this work if I have no reviews?
We can establish a review request and response workflow in either growth package. Customers decide whether to review and what rating to give; no review count is guaranteed.
How many service areas can you target?
We agree one primary business and market during discovery. Coverage must reflect real operating capacity. Separate locations or substantially wider scope require an explicit agreement.
How long until I rank?
There is no fixed ranking timeline. Starting condition, relevance, distance, competition and customer evidence all matter. We report qualified inquiries and search observations; the written lead commitment is separate from rankings.
Do you help with Google Ads too?
Paid acquisition is included in every package. The primary eligible channel is agreed during discovery. Lead & Local Growth and Local Authority combine it with ongoing local SEO. Advertising spend is separate.
